It’s that time of year – time for cheer, being good, forgetting about our Cleanse, Mediterranean, Atkins, South Beach, (fill in the blank here) diets, packed malls and parking lots…..

What a great idea to use this clever tune (and yes, I sang it!). What is interesting is that they are all linked together. If you empower workers they you tend to have a more peaceful and harmonious work place. And if you have those type of workers in that type of environment, that engagement level drives customer focus and loyalty. Rather than think of these items as 12 separate pieces, think of them as one harmonious song. I’m off to go caroling this song to my clients now.
